RemoteSSH
Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 25, 2026
1. Who we are
RemoteSSH is operated by Develastic, s. r. o., Tallerova 2/4, 811 02 Bratislava - mestská časť Staré Mesto, Slovak Republic. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Scope
This policy covers the public RemoteSSH website, account and billing pages, and the hosted voice/API companion for self-hosted RemoteSSH installations. The self-hosted RemoteSSH app remains under the control of the operator who deploys it.
3. Information we collect
- Account information such as email address, authentication events, workspace membership, and support messages.
- Billing and subscription metadata needed to confirm plan status, quotas, and balance. Card data is handled by payment providers, not stored by RemoteSSH.
- Workspace settings such as allowed browser origins, API token metadata, quota reservations, and request status records.
- Technical logs such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, endpoint names, status codes, latency, and abuse-prevention signals.
- Voice or text payloads only when needed to perform a user-requested speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or text model operation.
4. How we use information
- To provide the website, account flows, billing status, quotas, and the hosted voice/API service.
- To authenticate users, verify allowed origins, issue short-lived access tokens, prevent abuse, and protect the public API.
- To process payments, maintain subscription state, and answer support or partnership requests.
- To monitor reliability, investigate failures, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Service providers
We may use infrastructure, email, payment, analytics, and AI model providers to operate RemoteSSH. For requested voice or text features, payloads may be sent to the selected upstream provider, such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, DeepInfra, or another provider configured for that feature. We share only what is necessary for the requested operation and service operation.
6. Retention
We keep account and billing records while the account is active and as needed for legal, tax, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. Operational logs and API request metadata are retained only as long as needed for reliability, abuse prevention, billing, and audit requirements. Voice and text payload retention is minimized and limited to what is necessary to provide the requested feature or investigate a user-reported problem.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a public API, including short-lived tokens, origin checks, quota enforcement, provider-key isolation, logging, and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but RemoteSSH is designed to fail closed rather than silently bypass authorization or billing checks.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. To make a request, email [email protected]. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
RemoteSSH is a professional developer and operations product. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as RemoteSSH moves from placeholder site to production SaaS. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
